Sick Nati :(

Nati has been sick for over a week. Another kid on her day care was diagnosed with RSV, a respiratory virus. The doctor's put her on breathing treatments on Tuesday. They helped some but she was still having a fever off and on and a terrible cough. We went to the doctor on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We keot going back because her fever would come back or her cough was getting worse. This has not been something we wanted to let slide because they told us it could turn into pneumonia. On Saturday she had an ear infection and they put her on some oral steroids that are used on people with asthma and severe allergies. They seem to help but she is CRAZY!! She is mean, cranky and bouncing off the walls because she has been stuck at home for so long. Tomorrow she will go back to day care and hopefully she won't have any more set backs.

DESTIN!!

Tita, Nati, Papi and I went to Destin, FL to visit Tio David, Tia Karina, Pauli, the new baby Alisa and Mariquita (Kari's Mom). It was an 11 hr drive that went great thanks to a portable DVD player and Blue's Clues, Nati's favorite show. All she did was watch Blue, eat and sleep. It was great!!!
We got there pretty late on Thursday and were there until Monday. We all had a great time and were very happy to see our new baby niece and goddaughter. Nati had a great time playing with Pauli and trying to do EVERYTHING she did.

Halloween

Nati was a UofL cheerleader for Halloween this year, even though UofL has not bee giving us much to cheer for. OUCH!
We didn't do too much trick or treating. Papi had class that night so we didn't have too much time before he had to leave and I had just gotten back in town from a business trip. Busy day for everyone.

Huber's

We went to Huber's to look for PUMPKINS!! We met Zac, Bethany and Stella there. Nati had a great time. She wasn't too exited about feeding the goats but she loved everything else, especially the hay ride to go pick pumpkins. She just loves saying that word!! We got our little pumpkin just in time for Halloween, but no carving this year.
