This winter we have had a lot of snow. Unfortunately it's been in small bursts and it's so cold outside that you can hardly stay out very long. It was in the teens when it snowed this time. The snow was so dry you couldn't even make a snowball out of it. We tried! Good thing is that it came off the driveway with barely a push.
Sam liked playing in the snow but didn't like getting snow in his mittens. Can't really blame him! He wouldn't keep them on and it was just so cold. Bath and hot chocolate as soon as we got back inside!

The Nutcracker
Christmas at Tita's
Tita's house at Christmas is always a whirlwind. It's hard to even remember what happens sometimes. This year Sam was ready to take on Natalie and Izzy and open as many presents as possible that weren't his. Baby Zoe was also here, just one month old. We all had a wonderful time eating and enjoying family in pajamas.

Santa is Here!
Christmas morning at our house with the two kiddos, presents and coffee. Doesn't get much better than that! Natalie was so sweet. She opened Sam's stocking first and started handing him the presents inside.
She finally moved on to her doll house.
And dolls.
And stocking.
Last but not least, new Rapunzel pj's!

Christmas at Mammaw and Pappaw's
Getting Ready for Christmas
We had to take advantage that Sam was napping and put up the ornaments in record time. I need to remember though to buy new plastic ornaments next year. Every year we break several during this process and they shatter and go everywhere! Natalie was a great helper and she did the one in her room all by her self!
