Lots of Friends

Zac, Bethany and Stella and Chuck, Danna and Ella came over the other night for pizza and for some play time for the babies. They all had a great time. There was dancing, playing with dolls and lots of books being read.

Nati is a year old!!!

I can't believe it. Nati is already one year old. It went by so quickly it's just crazy. All of the sudden she is a little girl and does little girl things!! She is not a baby any more! It is kind of sad but she is so much fun right now I can't be sad for long.

So here is what's going on with Natalie lately:

She weighs 22 lbs 12 oz (about 80th%) and is 28 7/8 inches long (about 445th%).
She still loves raviolis, cereal and puffs. She has learned to eat veggies and fruit again. Thought sometimes she waits to see me eat it first!!
and of course she loves anything sweet!!

She loves to play with dolls and give baby a kiss.
She took her first bubble bath.
She loves playing the xylophone.
She loves laying on Papi.
She LOVES to dance.
She likes to play rough.
She is into everything!
She has found her favorite spot to sit in our house.
She tries to dress herself. And undress!!
She has learned to accessorize! She llove sto walk around with my purse on her shoulder!
She likes to play with blocks and destroy whatever Papi builds.
She built her first block tower!!
She can sit forward facing in the car seat. Definitely a milestone!

Nati's 2nd Birthday Party

This weekend we celebrated her birthday with my family. Tita cooked us brunch and made a cake for Nati and me (since my birthday was the 25th). Nati loved the cupcake Tita had for her. Her favorite part was the icing.

She got lots of very cute presents. We had a great time watching her open them. She got blocks, clothes, sunglasses, a pool toy, beach toys and a Tickle Me Elmo (it's hilarious!). If you didn't realize it already we are going to the beach this summer! I got some pretty nice presents myself. It was a great day.

Danna gave Nati a pair of shoes that Ella was not able to wear because they were too small. They squeak when she walks!! At first it was very hard to get her to keep them on but she is used to them now and walks all over the place with them! They are so cute. Thanks Danna and Ella!!

President's Day

Luckily since I work for the government I got President's Day off. Unfortunately I was called in to work for a few hours. Since Nati's day care is in the Federal Bldg. her day care was closed also. So, she came to work with me. She had a great time at first but then she realized that going to work is not so much fun and it gets pretty boring after a while.

I make that face at work sometimes also!!

Later that day we went to visit Danna and Ella. We had some of Ella's baby stuff that we needed to return. Natalie loved all the pianos that Ella had in her room. She kept going from one to another.
