Halloween 20008

Natalie was, of course, a princess this year. She loved wearing her BIG pink dress! Her day care had a Halloween parade in the lobby where everyone was giving them candy and taking pictures while they walked around.

This is the day of the parade.

Enjoying some of her candy. The first of many!
The next day, which was actually Halloween Day, they had a party in her class room. Of course, I went down to see!

Nati at home getting ready to go trick or treating for the first time. She wasn't crazy about going over to strangers homes, which I guess any other day would be wonderful. She warmed up to it once she saw other kids walking around. The funny thing was that she kept saying "trick or treating" instead of "trick or treat". I guess she heard me say it to many times!
Her killer pose!
Nati and Papi or I should say Daddy! She switched, and now calls him daddy all the time! Out little family.

Nati Eating

Oreos...aren't they awesome! Our little rabbit. She ate almost the whole carrot!

More Nati the Gymnast!

These were taken the same day as the 3 videos from the previous post. I just hadn't had a chance to post them. We went this Bethany and Stella on Columbus day since we were off work.

Nati's Ultrasound Pics

When I had Nati's ultrasound we didn't have a scanner. I was scanning in Sam's so I wanted to go ahead and scan Nati's. It's kind of late, but better late than never. Nati's pics weren't as good as Sam's. She hardly moved while we were there so we didn't have very many options. It's hard to believe that it's the same baby since now she loves the spotlight!!

I am a girl! This one is kind of weird. You can see her face from above but her hands are also visible. I have no idea what position she was in here!

Her long and lean foot!

New Baby, New Name, New blog

IT'S A BOY!!!!
His name is going to be Samuel Alan.

This is all I will say about the little guy in Nati's blog. He will have his own. Since I don't do scrap books I have decided that each will have a blog and once I am done making updates I will have them printed and bound as a book for each of them.

So, if you want to know about baby Sam go to his blog!! :) There is a link on the right.

Nati is ready for some rain

Princess Party at the Zoo

We went to the zoo with Sydney her Mom and her Gaga (grandma) to the princess party. Natalie could not believe that she got to wear a princess dress all day!! She had such a good time. While we were waiting we rode the train, which we had never done before and we went to meet the Princesses. Once they got to the zoo we went and rode the carousel and took Sydney to meet the Princesses also.

The zoo also had a tea party but we waited too long to buy the tickets and it was sold out so Shannon brought a tea set and drinks and food for the girls to have their own tea party. It was so cute!! They both loved it!! It was such a good day and Natalie loved every second. It was so cute to see her hug these complete strangers but because they were dressed as princesses they were automatically her friends! She could not stop smiling!! It was great! It made me cry!! Oh, those pregnancy hormones! HAHA.

Nati trying out her dress.
Mami and Nati on the train.

How cute! The two princesses!

At the tea party.

Hayride and Pumpkins

Every year someone that I work with that owns a farm has our whole group over for a cook out, a hayride and picking pumpkins. Nati loved petting and feeding the baby cow. She loved the hayride and especially loved picking the baby pumpkins. She didn't even want a bigger one!! Now, we are going to go home and paint the pumpkins. That will be another post.

Nati and Andrew petting the calf.
Getting ready to start the hayride!

Tiny pumpkins everywhere!

Nati's New Room

So since Nati is going to be a big sister, she gets a big girl room too. She got to pick out the color, pink of course. The only thing that moved with her to her new room were her toys. She didn't have a problem leaving her baby bed for the new baby.

We had the painting done and the furniture in there but not set up, we hadn't moved anything else. We sent her to Tita's house and got all the furniture put where it needed to go, her toys moved in and everything hung on the walls and ceiling. When she came home she couldn't even sleep in her old room but she had her new room completely done. She loved it!! She has the perfect little girl room!!

For about two weeks now she has been waking up in the mornings and saying "Mami, I slept in my big girl bed last night!". We're just glad that it was a smooth transition and that she LOVES her new room. She actually goes in it an plays by herself now!!!
